Advising and Direction
All of our first year branch managers are assigned an executive to work with. There will be an expectations meeting in the beginning of the season to discuss each persons plans for the business and they will work together towards goals that they set, both as a team and an individual. The executive is someone who was an overachiever in the manager program and has some experience in dealing with the issues that will come up. They will also provide ongoing advice and direction and generally be available at all times when they are needed.
